All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to keep our stock information accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will ship the available items and contact you to either wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable product.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the order. The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost payable by the customer.

2.2 International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination country. Once an international order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country. If the customer refuses or fails to pay these charges, Hardayal Sweets will not be liable to issue a refund.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time

  • Domestic orders: Estimated delivery time is 5โ€“7 business days

  • International orders: Estimated delivery time is 5โ€“10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or festive periods.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after successful payment.

Our dispatch operations run Monday to Saturday, excluding public and national holidays. Any delays during holidays are minimized to the best of our ability.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes will not be possible.

3.4 Out-of-Stock Items

If any product in your order is unavailable, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item and proceed to ship the remaining products.

3.5 Delivery Delays

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping partner.
