Terms & Conditions

1. Courier/ delivery agent is engaged on behalf of the customer hence is customer’s agent and Hardayal Sweets is not responsible for deficiency, if any, on his part.
2. In case of Loss/ Damage/ Late Delivery on part of Hardayal Sweets Max. Liability terms will be cost of the product only.
3. Hardayal Sweets shall not be liable in any event for any consequential or special damage or other direct/ indirect losses, or hurting of emotion, or sentiments howsoever arising whether or not, Hardayal Sweets is responsible..
4. Deliveries are made only at the address given, not to the specific consignee.
5. Deliveries at hostel addresses will be delivered at college reception / in ward’s office only and not to specific consignee.
6. Goods are sent with utmost care, however can be de-shaped in transit and the supplier can not be held responsible for the same.
7. Quarantine Charges/ Custom Inspection Charges as per the destination Government/Country’s law, will be borne by the consignee.
8. In case of any mistake or misdiscription of non providing of right address/ Pin/ Zip code resulting in non delivery or delay in delivery Hardayal Sweets / Courier Co. can not be held responsible in any way and there shall be no entitlement for refund of any sort whatsoever.
9. Transit time : very from location to location in working days. Any delay will not be taken as deficiency in service by Hardayal Sweets / Courier Co. I’ve read and understood the terms on original & I agree and abide by the same and hereby waive my right of objection against the above terms.
10. Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform or access content on the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent/ permission of a parent ormlegal guardian.
11. As a minor if you wish to transact on the Platform, such transaction on the Platform may be made by your legal guardian or parents. 12. Hardayal Sweets can also vary or amend or change or replace these Terms, from time to time entirely at its personal discretion. You shall be responsible for checking these Terms from time to time and ensure continued compliance with these Terms. Your use of Hardayal Sweets after any such amendment or exchange in the Terms shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed terms and you also agree to be bound by such changed/amended Terms.
13. The products that you are purchasing from the website has No Return Policy.

By hosting the Content on the social medias Platform, hardayal Sweets is neither guaranteeing nor giving any warranty nor making any representation with respect to the Contents. hardayal Sweets is neither endorsing the views, products or the Services, nor is it responsible for quality or features of the content displayed on the Platform Images & subjects on daily view are may differ from the original products.
15. Hardayal Sweets provides a translation facility of the English version of the Terms into other languages. You understand and agree that any translation of the Terms into other languages is only for your comfort and that the English version shall govern the terms of your relationship with Hardayal Sweets. Furthermore, if there are any inconsistencies between the English version of the Terms and its translated version, the English version of the Terms shall prevail over others.
